Thermoformed Plastics
Custom heavy-gauge thermoforming with more than 60 years of experience, produced out of multiple East Coast plants. Heavy-gauge vacuum forming is used for large structural components. Pressure forming is used for parts that need sharp detail, molded-in features, and a finish close to injection molding. Twin-sheet forming produces hollow, rigid parts. In-house engineering supports material selection, design for manufacturability, and tooling, and secondary operations are handled after forming. Existing metal or fiberglass (FRP) parts can also be converted to thermoformed plastic to cut weight and cost.
