Swiss Screw Machining 

Precision turned components made on both CNC and cam-driven Swiss screw machines, with more than 50 years of experience. Parts range from .015" to 1.125" in diameter with tolerances held to ±.0002". Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium. In-house milling handles secondary work, and parts are verified on advanced inspection systems. Low- and high-volume runs are supported for the medical, military and defense, firearms and munitions, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and controls and valves industries.
