Die Castings
Aluminum and zinc die casting, CNC machining, trimming, and finishing, all in one ISO 9001:2015 certified facility. Die casting since 1968 within a 93,000 sq. ft. plant with machines up to 1,200 tons, producing castings up to about 25 lbs. Standard alloys are A360, A380, and A383, and other alloys are available on request. Full dies and modular tooling support runs from as few as 50 pieces to over 1,000,000. Steel, stainless, brass, aluminum, copper, or bronze inserts can be cast in place, eliminating post-assembly steps. Engineering support includes mold flow analysis for porosity-critical parts. Quality is backed by rigorous shot monitoring, CMM inspection, and real time x-ray for pressure-tight castings. Vibratory finishing, shot blasting, burnishing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, plating, and more are available in house. Parts ship complete.
